The premise of Adam Grant’s “Think Again” is we are too often clouded by our own conviction and beliefs about the values we hold tight. The book explains, “We learn more from people who challenge our thought process than those who confirm our conclusions”
It has been interesting to apply this reflective exercise to the Allionce Group business model to uncover how others think about the value we offer. After dedicating time to asking clients and other marketers about the value they see in Allionce, we have designed the below infographic that offers a comparison for what we thought was the most value compared with what we NOW understand to be the value others see in us.
